Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • It must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Or missing

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Photo or video evidence may be required so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.

Order Delays

If an order experiences an extended delay beyond reasonable delivery timeframes, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Eligibility depends on:

  1. Length of delay
  2. Tracking status
  3. Delivery confirmation

Orders that show no delivery progress or remain undelivered beyond expected timeframes may qualify after review.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking information shows an order as “delivered” but you did not receive it, additional verification from the local delivery service may be required before a refund or replacement can be approved.

Returns

Due to logistics and shipping costs, returns may not always be required.
In cases involving defective or incorrect items, a refund or replacement may be issued without requiring the item to be returned, subject to review and evidence.

Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellations

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest option is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refund Processing

Once your return or claim is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing typically takes up to 10 business days

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund
